We're retired military, so we've bought and sold a lot of homes, both for our personal use and as investment properties. Travis is the best realtor we've ever worked with. We usually wind up with the highest producing, most experienced realtors that a firm has to offer because we usually use a referral service offered by our credit union. We've had more experienced realtors than Travis, but none with a stronger skill set or stronger work ethic. We initially chose Travis for his extensive knowledge and passion for "dirt". He not only knows the market, he is extremely well versed in construction. We ultimately decided that we were better off purchasing "brick", a home already standing. It was a difficult process because my husband and I wanted entirely different things in our home. Travis was unflappable and really did a great job of finding properties that worked for both of us. And, because we are still new to Chattanooga he did a marvelous job on educating us regarding the different areas and what they had to offer. When we finally found a home that we both really wanted, Travis had a contract ready to go. His recommendations for the offer were spot on. He stayed on top of every detail throughout the entire transaction. And when we wound up with the VA appraiser from hell, he fought hard for us and our contract. In the 30 years that I've been buying/selling properties, Travis is the only realtor that obtained more concessions from the other party than we asked for. After finding our home and getting us into it (which we both love more every day), Travis went the extra mile of making us feel at home. He's kept in touch and has helped us to find everything that we need within the community. Travis demonstrated a remarkable depth of knowledge of the local market, land issues, construction, neighborhoods, HOAs, taxes, zoning, planning board issues, contracts, VA... He helped us to determine the best path for us, and he managed it all with grace, aplomb and impeccable professionalism. We couldn't be more impressed.

My husband and I recently sold our home and purchased anther, both on Signal Mountain. We used Travis for both transactions. He did an outstanding job on both. Our buyers nearly walked away from the contract because of some questionable advice from their home inspector. Travis basically saved the deal, and he was even able to get the sellers (for the house we bought) to make some concessions as well. He is knowledgeable, prompt and responsive. In short, we would enthusiastically recommend Travis to anyone looking for an agent!
My husband and I are from Michigan and planning to relocate to the Chattanooga area. Travis's expertise in the housing market and construction were invaluable in selecting a builder for our new home. He helped oversee many details, visiting the site regularly, taking pictures for us and making suggestions for things to include in the home, since we had never had a house built before. He was diligent in making sure the process was smooth and as troublefee as possible. We hope to have several friends and family relocate also, and will tell them what a huge help Travis was in our transition to Tennessee.

Travis did an excellent job of identifying homes that were a good fit for me while also putting together a good game plan that maximized our time. I would highly recommend working with Travis! My husband and I recently bought our first home - which was quite an experience! Without Travis, I don't know what we would have done! He was there for us from the very beginning, whether it was showing us fifty houses, answering our questions with his construction knowledge or just reassuring us during the paperwork process. He genuinely cared about us and our search for a home, and that was evident in his service. We dont plan to ever leave our perfect home that Travis helped us find, but if we do, there's no doubt about who our realtor would be.
Travis is the best Realtor I have had the pleasure of working with. His communication skills are unsurpassed and impressive, responding to e-mails, txt messages, and voicemails in a VERY prompt manor which is extremely important, doing everything he can to communicate. Travis never showed any frustration when things didn't go as planned and kept his professionalism and patience at all times despite a few frustrating times. Travis did everything he possibly could to help our beginning family move into a place we could call home. He is someone you can entirely trust and respect who will not steer you in the wrong direction. I just can't possibly say enough nice things about Travis and his work ethic.
