Showing Specialist Responsibilities
- Maintain an acute Real Estate license
- Complete all required education
- Meet with buyers during agent’s buyer consultation
- Set up all showings
- Learn and analyze buyer’s needs
- Provide summary of day and showing log to lead agent after each showing
- Cover his/her own association and MLS dues, E&O insurance, Office bills, Team splits, cell phone bills and Supra lockbox bills
- Be on call for buyers and willing to show properties to contracted clients. Days and hours will fluctuate depending on clients needs
- Search MLS for properties that fits the clients needs
- Provide constructive feedback on all showings
- Set up all showings
- Gather any data of information that the buyers need or ask for on homes of interest
- Using a script, pass buyers to lead agent when it comes time to write an offer
- Bring in 5 leads per month
- Attend one personals after coarse per year
- Attend one networking event per week (lunch with lead, networking group, Broker open house
