Owner / REALTOR® (ABR, Master GRI, e-PRO, SRES, GREEN, EcoBroker, RSS)
Travis Close was born in Chattanooga and has watched the city grow and improve since then. He graduated from Middle Tennessee State with a B.S in Mass Communications and was involved in the advertising field for almost 15 years before making the change into Real Estate. He uses his advertising experience to help our listings sell faster and for a higher than average sales price.
Our team works with buyers, sellers and investors in real estate transactions spanning all of the price ranges and property types. He has experience with builders and developers planning new subdivisions and custom homes.
Travis is licensed in both Tennessee and Georgia and he is ready to help you no matter when or where you are looking. If you are looking for someone that will look out for your interests and will be there with you throughout the process then give Travis a call.
Helping others navigate change has always been a consistent theme throughout my career. Before real estate, I had careers in both the mental health and fitness industries. As a former small business owner and entrepreneur, I learned that while hard work does pay off, it is effective hard work and solid working relationships that make things happen. In today’s real estate market, no time can be wasted! Attentive listening, creative project management, and thoughtful negotiation are among the skills I bring to the table. On a personal level, I value that the trust and expectation that you have in your agent cannot be understated.
I am originally from Ohio and hold a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida. My husband Dan and I have lived in the beautiful Chattanooga area for 22 years, where we have raised three children, Ryan, Kevin, and Madison. Outside of real estate, I enjoy cycling, hiking, cooking, the beach when the opportunity arises, spending time with my family, and being an extraordinary dog mom.
Selling your home or buying your next home is a massive change, but it does not have to be stressful…it should be enjoyable. It would be my honor to be your guide in the navigation process of selling your home or in the excitement of finding and attaining your dream home.
