Union Stables is a small, 17 lot, subdivision off of Corral Road on Signal Mountain.
It’s name for the neighborhood came from the fact that it was used for many years as a horse pasture.
Most of the home sites are approximately one acre on the double cul-de-sac development. Most of the homes were built between 2014 and 2018 by four different Chattanooga builders and was developed by Morrison Development. The general architecture of Union Stables was either Farmhouse or Craftsman style homes.
I was tapped to be involved after the first Spec home was finished and was unsuccessfully listed with another REALTOR at another company. The developer and builders were looking to make a change to refuel the project. I got the first home sold and helped develop a marketing plan to see the development through a more timely completion.
The average List price for Union Stables was $400,000.
