Boulder Point is a 27 lot subdivision located off of Shackleford Ridge Road on Signal Mountain, Tennessee. The majority of the wooded home sites are a minimum of 1 acre with a few going up to 3 acres on this one-street, cul-de-sac development. Most of the homes were built between 2012 and 2014 by Blue Hammer Homes and are zoned for Nolan Elementary School and Signal Mountain Middle/High School. The general architecture used was early American with Craftsman and Arts & Craft being the dominate themes. All of the homes on May Apple Lane in Boulder Point were built using a combination of green building techniques and are more energy efficient then the average home in the same area.
I had the great pleasure of being involved with the development and marketing of Boulder Point from the beginning. We were involved in most of the discussions from the design of the road to the last floor plan that we built. It was a hugely successful endeavor that completed two years ahead of schedule and was fruitful for all involved. Several of the homes have already resold and have some of the highest Dollar Per Square Foot Averages on Signal Mountain. When you take the time to make sure that you are developing a quality product and building a quality home on the front end it makes everything else easier down the line.
The average List price for the homes in Boulder Point was $525,000
