Attached is a chart that spells out the maximum percentage of sales price that a seller may pay for your buyer toward their closing costs &/or Pre-paids. For example on a 95% conventional loan the seller is limited to paying up to 3% of the purchase price toward your buyers pre-paids &/or closing costs.There is also a handy Monthly Payment Calculation presentation that shows you how to “estimate” a payment for your buyer on any given amount.
