‘When my partner, Jim Morrison and I started visualizing the Flipper Bend 380 acre gated development, we knew that a good marketing plan and builder’s program would be critical to our success. Jim had a long term relationship with Travis Close and highly recommended him.

Travis designed, setup and attended our booth at the Chattanooga Home Shows, collaborated with the North Chickamauga Creek Conservatory (NCCC)  to set up trail head access from Flipper Bend so that our homeowners have direct access to trails on thousands of acres of TEDEC property that adjoins the Flipper Bend Development. 

Travis has played a key role in Flipper Bend’s Builder Program and has maintained important relationships with Flipper Bend builders. He and wife Tina took it upon themselves to source furnishings and décor for the Still House (clubhouse and pool) and did a wonderful job. I can’t begin to list everything that Travis and his team have done for Flipper Bend.
