The Grateful Gobbler walk is a Thanksgiving family tradition for my family. We volunteer the week of and help with setup and handing out t-shirts and every Thanksgiving morning we head down to Collidge Park and walk the 5K. Moving is emotional. Add raising your children in the same home for 20 years, and the emotions ramp way up. A few months ago we were invited to take part in the Chattanooga Lookouts Topping Off Ceremony. They had the ceremony on the site of the new stadium and allowed invitees to sign one of the plate that will be installed in the new park. This last Sunday Senator Bo Watson held his annual All-American Bash in Collegedale Tennessee. This is the 4th year for this even and it is always a packed house and this year was no exception.
