We worked with a client that had inherited a house in town, but lived far away. She had not seen the house in many years and wanted my opinion on the area and what her best outcome was. We figured that the house would be a perfect project for an investor and reached out to agents that we knew that represented investors in this area. We were able to sell it quickly. When these sellers were ready to move to Nashville to be closer to their daughters and the grandkids, they asked us to help get them there as soon as possible. A creative quick Flip
We recently worked with clients from California that had purchased a brow lot on Signal Mountian to build their new Tennessee home. This house came on the market and we were curious if a renovation would get this home to what they were looking for. This home was sitting across the street from the brow but was sitting on 10 acres. During the process we decided instead of renovating this home and selling off some of the acreage, it was better for them to purchase this home with the 10 acres and to cut off 5 acres to build their new home. We ended up listing this home the day that they closed on it and had a contact for a new buyer only 4 days later. They ended up selling their original brow lot and building an amazing California modern home on the brow.
