At Travis Close Homes, we had the great pleasure of collaborating on the development and marketing of Boulder Point from the beginning. From the design of the road to the last home constructed, we worked with the development team, builders & designers to create an idyllic cul-de-sac subdivision — custom built for family living.
Our scope of work included designing the Boulder Point logo & marketing materials, concierge level sales management, collaborating on the master design of the community, and social media. As we watch Boulder Point thrive today, we are proud to say It was a hugely successful endeavor that completed two years ahead of schedule and was fruitful for all involved. With an initial average home sales price of $525,000, several of the homes have already resold and have some of the highest Dollar Per Square Foot Averages on Signal Mountain.
