From collaborating on the master design, selecting builders & day-to-day sales management — it has been our mission to help make this breathtaking lifestyle community a reality.

Involved in the planning of Flipper Bend from day one, we have partnered with the developers, builders & designers to help create a mountaintop oasis that is welcoming to discerning luxury home buyers from around the globe.

Through all stages of the community development, we have spearheaded sales & marketing.

Our scope of work has included designing the Flipper Bend logo & marketing materials, concierge level sales management (much of which occurred during the pandemic), collaborating on the master design of the community, and social media. The results of our work are evident in the flourishing community that is already established in Flipper Bend. With over a dozen homes completed and over 50 lots sold, we have leveraged decades of experience to help make Flipper Bend a reality during unprecedented times for real estate and construction.
