At Travis Close Homes, we had the opportunity to partner with Jim Morrison on the development and marketing of Union Stables. From the sale of the first spec home to the construction of the last, we worked in tandem with the development team, builders & designers to create a subdivision perfectly suited to the way families live. We were originally retained to sell the first home in the community & implement a marketing plan to see the development through to a more timely completion.
Ultimately, our scope of work included marketing materials design, comprehensive sales management, and social media. Several years later, we are proud to say Union Stables has become everything we hoped it would be. With an initial average home sales price of $400,000, several of the homes have already resold and have some of the best Dollar Per Square Foot Averages in the area.
