Forest House

The next 6 months are going to be full of firsts and more highs and lows than we can keep track of. Tina and I have embarked on the journey of rehabbing this historic 125-year-old home in the heart of North Chattanooga, a cherished property that has remained within our family since the building of it. We are filled with anticipation to see what the future holds for this beloved home. We help our clients with these types of projects all the time and this is not our first project but it is the most meaningful to us by far. As we were talking about it, something hit Tina and I - not many homes can say this but in this home's life there has never been a mortgage. A testament to the legacy of our family, this fact adds an extra layer of significance to our renovation journey.

Follow along with us on the making of preserving and revitalizing a piece of family history with us. Browse photos from the 1930s and recent before photos to remember where we started.
