paxton pointe subdivision
Paxton Pointe is a 84 lot subdivision located on Thrasher Pike in Hixson Tennessee. It is being developed by Patrick St. Charles and all of the homes are being built by Patrick and River Stone Construction. Most of the homes in the subdivision are in the 1800-2400 square foot range and are priced in the $500,000’s.
At this point all of the homes that Patrick is building at full custom homes. All of the homes that we originally built to sell are under contract. What does this mean for you? This means that we can build your custom home where you get the floorplan that you want with the selections that you want for the same price as a SPEC house. It does not take us any long to build your custom home so why settle.
At this time we only have a few lots left in the first phase but the second phase is available to reserve your lot now and they should be available in the next month to start building on.
