Sawyer Farms Subdivision

There will be a new single street subdivision starting on Signal Mountain very soon. All of the homes will be built by Frederick Brothers Construction. I spoke to the builder yesterday and they are hoping to have a total of 10 lots available and will be building both SPEC homes and custom homes. I have worked with these guys in North Chattanooga but to my knowledge this is their first project this size on Signal Mountain. They are going to be just over $1 Million on most of the homes and they are trying to be in the 3,500-3,800 square foot range. I do have a preliminary plat available and if you have not had any luck in the last few years finding a new home on Signal in this range this might be a good option for you.
