Travis Close, founder of Travis Close Homes at Real Estate Partners, is a Chattanooga native and now calls Signal Mountain home. He has a degree from Middle Tennessee State University and had a successful career in advertising before transitioning to real estate in 2006. Travis’s career trajectory changed after he and his wife, Tina, were buying a home in 2005. “We’d bought homes before, but this was the first time an agent had made a lasting impression on me,” offers Travis. “Sue Gee was our agent.
