Townhomes At The Gateway
The Townhomes at the Gateway is a 144 unit townhome development in East Ridge located just of exit 1 on I-75. It is located adjacent to the Chattanooga Red Wolves soccer teams Stadium. The master plan is to build a live here/play here development. Although at this time none of the commercial development has started they say it will start soon. The Developer and Builder is Bob Martino from Park City Utah. This is first development of this kind and his first development in the Chattanooga area.
There is going to be a Blaze Pizza located at the development as well as a brewery and other live entertainment venues.
They are all 3 Bedroom 2.5 Bathroom units with a one car garage and outside parking for one additional car. At this time all of the units have the same finishes and they do not allow you to customize the units or even change the paint colors. There is going to be a pool and a fitness room in the clubhouse in the near future.
